Pak choy with oyster sauce

Pak choy with oyster sauce is a quick and delicious side dish, perfect with noodles or dumplings.

Ingredients

  • 2 pak choy
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • Olive oil
  • Oyster sauce (vegan: use a vegan oyster sauce alternative)

Instructions

  1. Trim the base of the pak choy and separate the leaves. Wash them thoroughly to remove any dirt. If the leaves are large, slice them lengthwise. Roughly chop the garlic.
  2. Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil, then the pak choy. Sauté for a couple of minutes before adding the garlic. Cook until the pak choy gets some color and turns a vibrant green.
  3. Serve the pak choy generously drizzled with oyster sauce.
