Ingredients
- 2 pak choy
- 2 garlic cloves
- Olive oil
- Oyster sauce (vegan: use a vegan oyster sauce alternative)
Instructions
- Trim the base of the pak choy and separate the leaves. Wash them thoroughly to remove any dirt. If the leaves are large, slice them lengthwise. Roughly chop the garlic.
- Heat a pan over medium-high heat. Add a little olive oil, then the pak choy. Sauté for a couple of minutes before adding the garlic. Cook until the pak choy gets some color and turns a vibrant green.
- Serve the pak choy generously drizzled with oyster sauce.
